Note: Full Moon:  Monday, Oct 6  New Moon: Tuesday, Oct 21
(in lieu of Sunday, Primary Series Class Oct 5th, at Yoga Centered, Colee will lead a full spectrum class including moon salutations, standing, seated, and inversion asanas.  8-9:30am
Tuesday, Oct 21— in lieu of Mysore Self-Practice: Colee will lead Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations), as well as meditation, breathing, and postural practice. All with the tone of restoration, relaxation, & rejuvenation. Everyone welcome. 7-8:30 am. Come early for chanting & pranayama practice 6:30am. And as usual, come and go as you need.
