Waves: you have the ability to move
Learn the FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS of the spine and apply them in practice and everyday existence. We greatly improve on our daily life by understanding how our body parts move and work in relation to the world around them. 

Posture: how we hold our bodies
Learn types of posture, anatomy of the spine, and benefits of good posture. We will examine the position of the neutral spine and its three natural curves - at your neck, mid back, and low back. We will explore the sections through yoga asana and movement.

All Levels: we all can experience grace
Workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Make headway and improve skills with education & experience; practical knowledge, the know-how! Session will begin with a breathing practice to enhance the download. We look forward to sharing this time with you!
